Refund Policy

All sales are final and we do not accept physical returns but may offer refunds for damages and issues (see below) or partial refunds for minor defects without the need for a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your order is defective or damaged please

If your order is marked "lost in transit" and it has not arrived within 35 days we will issue an automatic refund. If your order arrives following this time period this is yours to keep free of charge.

Refunds

If your refund or partial refund is accepted we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
